Wulfenite and Dioptase    Mammoth-Saint Anthony Mine, Saint Anthony Deposit, Tiger, Mammoth Mining District, Pinal County, Arizona.  Ex. Caroline Les collection.  This is a really nice piece for this well-known mining district.  It measures 11 x 7 x 7 cm and sits nicely as seen in the images.  All the sides are crystallized with large wulfenites and one side shows green dioptase.  The crystals are the typical ragged edged, orange colored variety for which the locality is best known.  There is no damage to the piece.  To me these things are an acquired taste but to serious wulfenite collectors they are extremely important specimens.  $950
