Spinel, and Forsterite on Phlogopite     Parker Mine, Notre Dame du Laus, Québec, Canada.  Ex Dr. Steve Chamberlain collection.  This example is quite nice for the location exhibiting dark spinels to 1.3 cm on edge with green foresterites to 2 cm.  All of these rest on a large book of mica (phlogopite).  The piece measures 6.2 x 5.5 x 3.3 cm.  In nice condition with strong edge contacts, as seen.  $85
