Sphalerite, Quartz, Calcite     Level 3,970, New Fold, Empire State Mine, Balmat, St. Lawrence County, New York.  Collected 2022. These sphalerite specimens are more typical of the species being very dark, almost black, in color.  This small grouping measures 3.5 x 3 x 1.5 cm.  Lustrous damage-free crystals on both sides of this triangular shaped piece.    $70
