Rutile on Pyrophyllite       Graves Mountain, Lincoln County, Georgia.  Ex. Paul and Dawne Dunning collection.  This piece has a single, very sharp, translucent, metallic red, damage-free crystal of rutile measuring 1.3 cm.  All visible faces are lustrous and spotless!  The specimen is 5.6 x 3.1 x 1.5 cm overall.  The pyrophyllite is also attractive, in nice sprays, forming the matrix of the piece.  $85
