Herkimer Diamond Scepter   Treasure Mountain Mine, Little Falls, New York.  Here is a 4 cm long cutie with classic form.  Dark stem has matrix contact near basil termination and a tiny crystal contact on the cap.  No damage.  Very nice specimen for the price of   300$
