Treasure Mountain Mine, Little Falls, New York.  This is a fine classic scepter with an unusually clear cap.  The backside has some matrix contact but the piece is still showing part of its double termination.  The stem is repaired and rather long for its size (3.6 cm).  A nice piece that is very desirable.  200$
