Pyrrhotite and Galena on Quartz    Dal'negorsk, Kavalerovo Mining District, Primorskiy Kray, Far-Eastern Region, Russia. This example of pyrrhotite is an elongated hexagonal, doubly-terminated crystal in great shape that is sitting on edge. There is a thin spinel law twinned galena that could be described the same way. Everything sits on a bed of white quartz crystals. Only two tiny quartz crystals are missing, everything else is free from any damage. 7.5 x 5.2 x 4 cm. Nice patina on this miniature sized classic piece. $250
