Fluorite    Walworth Quarry, Walworth, New York.  Collected by Michael and Jay Walter.  This is one of the nicest thumbnail sized examples of this material that we have had in years.  Dolomite attachments on base and back make it challenging to show the clarity of this fine piece in the images.  It is glassy on all surfaces, shows some stepped growth and has only one internal flaw running parallel and along matrix.  Impressive in-hand.  One very tiny rub can be placed to back.   2.1 cm on edge.  3 x 3 x 2 in longest dimensions.  Will fit in a 1" x 1" for competition.  A very fine piece!  $450
