Fluorapatite on Fluorite and Calcite and Quartz     Turner Island, Québec, Canada.  Ex. New York State Museum Collection.  This is a very fine specimen from a long closed locality of importance.  The piece measures 5.5 x 4.2 x 4 cm and hosts two doubly-terminated crystals to 2 cm each.  The crystals are naturally exposed on massive calcite, quartz, and fluorite and stand out in excellent relief.  This is a damage-free specimen.  The front of the large crystal has a small natural divot.  Normally these crystals are excessively morphed and poorly terminated.  These are great examples!  $95
