Diopside    Wilson Road, Pierrepont, St. Lawrence County, New York.  Collected by Michael Walter, July 15, 2022.  This typical example is a single crystal measuring 3 x 1.6 x .8 cm.  What is not typical of this specimen is its tiny areas of transparency and its exceptional, mirror like luster.  Interesting striped patterning.  No damage.  $85
