Corundum pseudo. after Spinel in Calcite    Bathurst Township, Ontario, Canada.  Ex. Dr. Steve Chamberlain collection.  These well formed spinels show partial replacement/encrustation by translucent, light whitish gray corundum.  The piece measures 3.1 x 2.8 x 1.2 cm.  No damage to the crystals.  $50
