Celestine     Walworth Quarry (Dolomite Products Company, Inc.) Walworth, Wayne County, New York.  Ex. Michael Walter New York State collection.  Prev. Paul and Dawne Dunning collection.   Three light blue, diverging prismatic crystals measuring 4.7 x 2.2 x 1.5 cm.  It was once attached to matrix along its edge, now free, healed and partially coated with small dolomite crystals.  Transparent to translucent depending on area of crystals, high luster and very light blue tint.  No damage and only has broken contact at the very base of the crystal group as would be expected.  This species is less common than the popular fluorites and almost never seen in complete crystals from Walworth.  Refference the recent Mineralogical Record article.    $225
