Calcite and Barite     Pugh Quarry, Clay, Ohio.  Ex. Nancy Collins collection.  This is a nice plate of schalenohedral crystals that have the same color and transparency as nice Tennessee specimens.  The transparency does not show well in the photos and is much better in-hand.  The barites are white to colorless and quite small.  The piece is 10.3 x 7 x 4 cm.  The nly damage is to one calcite crystal along the edge of the base. $40
