Betafite and Fluorapatite   Silver Crater Mine, near Bancroft, Ontario, Canada.  Ex. John Davis collection.  John field collected these crystals long ago when they were being found loose in the soil.  They are slightly radioactive and fine examples rarely seen in available in today's mineral market.  This one measures 3.3 x 2.8 x 2.3 and iis a cluster of intergrown crystals of betafite with a couple fluorapatites of similar color.  One fluorapatite is incomplete and there are a few tiny rubs on the betafites but the piece is in nice condition overall, as can be seen.  $95
