Bastnasite (Ce)    Tribal Area, north of the Kyber Pass, Pakistan/ Afghanistan Frontier.   Translucent root beer brown colored, damage-free crystal which is fully terminated.  One edge appears to be a complex regrowth.  This is a large crystal for the species measuring 3.5 cm by 2.1 cm wide and up to .7 cm thick.  A nice addition to any serious collection.  $500
