Albite (variety Antiperthite), and Diopside   Rose Road Wollastonite Occurrence, Pitcairn, St. Lawrence County, New York.  Collected by Michael Walter, June 21, 2008.  This nice example displays lustrous green diopsides to 2 cm each on white feldspars measures 7.5 x 5 x 4.6 cm.  The diopsides are steeply terminated, well-formed, and of the highest luster to be found at this locality.  There is a small flat chip on side of the second largest diopside that blends in well.  This is a very fine miniature that is even better in person.  $200
